Parent Coaching Groups for Women

The Greenhouse: Parent Coaching groups for women

Raising kids requires a village. It always has. Parent coaching in a group allows you to gain valuable parenting insights with the shared wisdom and encouragement of others who are also going through it. Groups are formed based on availability and scheduling, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 members per group. This is just the right size to have strong conversations and accountability for personal growth to take the next steps. As parents, there are constant challenges err…opportunities to practice, and The Greenhouse is a place to cultivate the response you want to have in those moments and lean on others for understanding and honest talk.

Who is The Greenhouse for?

You want to leave your mark. You give your best to your work and want to give your best to your family, too. You’re a thoughtful parent raising kids with intention. You value connection over control. You care deeply about your child’s emotional well-being, and you want to parent in a way that aligns with your values—but you feel stuck, overwhelmed, and you know you need a strategy, skills, and support.

Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns. Maybe you lose your temper and feel terrible about it. Maybe you're just overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.

You want to connect with other parents for support and real talk.

You want to go from losing your cool and feeling overwhelmed to:

  • Being guided by a clear vision of the kind of parent you want to be.

  • Confidence in your parenting authority because you are deeply rooted in values, not fear.

  • Seeing the needs behind your kids’ behaviors so you can respond to the root causes, not the triggers.

  • Taking care of yourself so you can take care of others.

The “mommy” phase of life does not have to be laced with daily reactivity, struggle, and guilt. You don’t have to feel guilty for wanting them to grow up, then feel guilty because “they are only little once”. You can enjoy the wild ride of parenting as your full self and build relationships with your kids that will flourish into the future.

The change is real.

At the end of the 12-weeks you will know the parent you want to be and know how to get there.

You’ll be more peaceful and present in your relationships in your home.

You will be more confident in your decisions as they align with your values.

You will know how to realign when you get off track and not waste time beating yourself up.

You will be more connected to your own feelings which will help you be more connected to your kids.

You will have a group of women you can stay connected with to continue the journey.

All of this with celebration and fun as we learn to tap into our playfulness.

Parenting with peace, presence, and playful connection starts here.

What does a typical week of Parent Coaching look like?

A woman with curly hair sits on a blue couch, smiling and gesturing while looking at a laptop in a cozy room with wooden walls.

1 - Prepare

Before each session, you will receive a 30-45 minute video to introduce the session’s theme. These videos are packed with practical insights, real-life examples, and expert guidance.

After watching, you’ll complete a guided journaling activity designed to deepen your understanding, reflect on your personal experience, and prepare you for our live coaching conversation.

(60 minutes or more, depending on how long you spend journaling)

2 - Meet

In each 60-minute video session, we’ll dive deeper into the week’s theme, explore real-life applications, and practice the tools and skills introduced in the curriculum. These sessions are interactive and designed to meet you where you are.

You'll be held in a supportive, judgment-free space where curiosity and vulnerability are welcome. Growth happens when we stretch to our edge, and I’ll gently encourage you to go there. We’ll always end with a 30-minute optional discussion period to give every.

3 - Resources

The most important part of this journey is putting your new skills into practice with your family. Real transformation happens through small, consistent actions. Throughout the program, you’re welcome to WhatsApp me anytime for questions, encouragement, and follow-up. You’re not doing this alone—we’re in it together.

After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with curated materials to help you dive deeper into the week’s theme—at your own pace. Additional resources may include:

✨ Blog articles

📚 Book reviews

🎥 Short videos

🧠 Thought-provoking tools or practices

Each resource is thoughtfully selected to reflect the session’s theme and our group discussions. These extras are designed to enrich your learning and support your continued growth between sessions.
