This curriculum is rooted in cognitive science to help you better understand both yourself and your child—so you can thrive in your relationship through deeper connection. Whether you're hoping to break generational cycles, get into a healthier routine, create more joyful family moments, or you're simply at your wits’ end craving peace at home, one thing is true: no matter what stage of parenting you're in (or preparing for), tending to yourself is the most powerful place to start.
Transformation is waiting for you.
The group coaching experience covers the same powerful Transformational Parenting curriculum as the individual coaching program, with the added benefit of shared insight, encouragement, and community. Groups form based on demand, scheduling, and availability. Groups can also be arranged with people you already know. Either way, group coaching allows members to learn from each other and can be a cost-effective option.
Group sessions are 90 minutes to ensure all voices are heard.
Group participants get one free 30-minute 1:1 coaching session to use during the coaching program.
What does a typical week of Parent Coaching look like?
1 - Prepare
Before each session, you will receive a 30-45 minute video to introduce the session’s theme. These videos are packed with practical insights, real-life examples, and expert guidance.
After watching, you’ll complete a guided journaling activity designed to deepen your understanding, reflect on your personal experience, and prepare you for our live coaching conversation.
(60 minutes or more, depending on how long you spend journaling)
2 - Coaching Session
In each session—whether you're in a one-on-one or group format—we’ll dive deeper into the week’s theme, explore real-life applications, and practice the tools and skills introduced in the curriculum. These sessions are interactive and designed to meet you where you are.
You'll be held in a supportive, judgment-free space where curiosity and vulnerability are welcome. Growth happens when we stretch to our edge, and I’ll gently encourage you to go there.
(Individual sessions: 60 minutes; Group sessions: 90 minutes)
3 - Follow-Up Support & Resources
The most important part of this journey is putting your new skills into practice with your family. Real transformation happens through small, consistent actions. Throughout the program, you’re welcome to WhatsApp me anytime for questions, encouragement, and follow-up. You’re not doing this alone—we’re in it together.
After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with curated materials to help you dive deeper into the week’s theme—at your own pace. These optional resources may include
✨ Blog articles
📚 Recommended books
🎥 Short videos
🧠 Thought-provoking tools or practices
Each resource is thoughtfully selected to reflect the session’s theme and our group discussions. These extras are designed to enrich your learning and support your continued growth between sessions.
Bonus Private Coaching Session: All group participants also get one free 30-minute 1:1 coaching session to use anytime during the program. This is dedicated time for you to explore a personal challenge, receive customized guidance, or simply check in for extra support—whatever you need.

Yes! Coaching together can help you get on the same page and build a stronger support system. Please note that parent coaching is not therapy. If there are deeper rooted relationship challenges, I will refer you to a therapist or counselor who is trained to support your needs.
Note that coaching services are not transferable, however, you may include one companion of your choice, such as a co-parent, partner, spouse, or another significant caregiver for all or select sessions. Only one companion may be chosen and may not be changed during the program. The companion should be from the same household. If the companion is from a different household, consider signing up for our group coaching program.

No. Parent coaching is for proactive growth and not just crisis management. All parents will benefit from parent coaching because all parenting is a step into the unknown.
For parents who are struggling with behavior issues, a family crisis, transition anxiety or a myriad of other challenges life throws our way, parent coaching offers a framework to ground yourself and your family so you can stay rooted through turbulent times.
Parent coaching can help with:
Managing tantrums and emotional outbursts
Improving parent-child communication
Establishing consistent routines and boundaries
Navigating co-parenting dynamics
Reducing parental stress and burnout
Enhancing emotional regulation for both parents and children
Families who are struggling with challenges that require clinical support are welcome to enroll in parent coaching as a complement to professional therapies. Please remember that parent coaching is not a replacement for clinical care or therapy.

While therapy often delves into diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, parent coaching focuses on present challenges and future goals. It's an action-oriented process that provides practical tools and strategies to enhance parenting skills, improve communication, and strengthen family dynamics.

I recommend completing all sessions in order as each week, the topics we cover build on the previous weeks.
But I know life gets tricky and scheduling can be difficult. You will have 3 months to schedule your 12 sessions. It is recommend to complete one session each week, but if scheduling requires, it is possible to combine sessions or schedule multiple sessions in one week.
I will work with you to complete the program because I want you to have the transformational experience you desire.
